We want you to love your tonies® apparel, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Print Your Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process and attach it to your package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original box or a similar mailer, ensuring all old shipping labels are covered or removed.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
